RWS Muay Thai Results January 4, 2025

RWS Muay Thai kicked off 2025 with an interim title fight in their main event. Rajadamnern Stadium interim super lightweight champion Petchputhai Sor. Thanabaworn put the title on the line against Rungkit Wor. Sangpraphai.

Petchputhai was in control from the opening bell. He dictated the pace, connecting with punches and elbows in bunches. Rungkit was content with only throwing single strikes, and Petchputhai made him pay in the second round. After closing the distance, Petchputhai scored with a left elbow, which put Rungkit down for the count.

In the co-main event Rambo Mor. Rattanabundit faced the Netherlands Stijn Korll. The Dutch fighter started strong, standing his ground against Rambo, but in the second round, Ramo started to find a home for his elbows. After landing some clean elbows that would have put most down, Rambo switched it up and connected with a left knee to the body that sent Korll to the canvas. He wasn’t able to recover, securing the impressive win for Rambo.

In the night over main card action, Siouey Singha Mawynn took home a unanimous decision win over Iran’s Mostafa Babaahmadi. Pornpitak Tor. Jakkree dominated in the clinch against Heydar Eskandari, securing a first-round TKO.

In prelim action, Brazil’s Daniel Nascimento scored a second-round KO over Petchtadhai Muadpong191. Buachompoo Chootangduan took home a unanimous decision over Linnea Eriksson. Iran’s Babak Haghi scored a KO win over Petchmedmai Sitnonglek.
