RWS Muay Thai Results February 1, 2025

RWS Muay Thai held another great card today at Rajadamnern Stadium. The main event featured Rajadamnern Stadium Middleweight Championship Petchmorakot Petchyindee putting his title on the line against England’s Josh Hill. The co-main event featured fan favorite Sajad Sattari taking on Saenpon Sor. Sommai.

Petchmorakat put on an incredible performance against Hill. His defense was on point, but he still dished out the punishment. Hill knew he had to take the fight to Petchmorakat and tried to push the pace from the start. He was constantly in Petchmorakat’s face, but Petchmorakat defended well and attacked with kicks to the body and beautiful elbows when close. He also did a good job working behind his punches to close the distance at times and get inside. Ultimately, all three judges awarded the fight to Petchmorakat for his first title defense.

The fight between Sajad and Saenpon started close, with the first round likely being a toss-up, but as the fight wore on Saenpon started to establish his dominance. He imposed his will in the second round, pressing the action and outmuscling Sajad in the clinch. In the third round, Sajad’s gas tank seemed empty as Saenpon continued to pile on the pressure and effectively connect with his strikes. In the end, it was a unanimous decision win for Saenpon.
