Floyd Mayweather Reveals Massive Paycheck For Smashing Tenshin Nasukawa

Floyd Mayweather vs Tenshin Nasukawa went down at Rizin 14 today. It was arguably one of the most bizarre fights ever booked, with an outcome that has stirred massive debate…

When fans learned undefeated boxing great Floyd Mayweather would be facing another debutant in the sport, the news was met with raised eyebrows. ‘Money’ had already squashed Conor McGregor in their big cash fight, now it was Tenshin Nasukawa’s turn.

The fight with McGregor had nearly made it the distance before Mayweather got the stoppage. Mayweather vs Tenshin, albeit an exhibition bout, wouldn’t make it out of round one.

Mayweather kept the streak alive with a barrage of knockdowns in the opening round. Tenshin was apparently unable to withstand the size and power of Mayweather, with the younger fighter’s corner throwing the towel in.

As Tenshin cried in defeat, Mayweather’s weird and wonderful retirement from boxing continued. Check out the fight itself here:

Mayweather vs Tenshin Might Have Been Weird, But Floyd Got PAID!

Taking to Instagram, Floyd Mayweather revealed he got paid a staggering $9 million USD for the exhibition bout. Some fans online are calling the fight a fix, with others arguing that surely a fix would have worked better the other way for Rizin.

Whatever the case, Mayweather was the winner in this one.

What if I told you I was making $9,000,000 for 9 minutes of sparring in Tokyo Japan would you do the same if you were me? I like to call it a 9 minute walk thru.
