Simon Marcus has had a run of epic proportions since he started fighting Muay Thai professionally. His current record stands at 34-0 with wins over the likes of Artem Levin, Joe Schilling (2x), Kaoklai Kaennorsing, and Dmitry Valent. His most recent victory was a unanimous decision over Olympic boxing medalist Suriya Prasathinphimai at Muaythai Superfight in Thailand.
Chidi Njokuani has mainly focused his efforts on MMA in recent years. His last Muay Thai fight came over a year and a half ago when he defeated Ken Tran by (T)KO under the Lion Fight Promotions banner. Njokuani began training Muay Thai under Saekson Janjira while located in Texas, now fighting out of Las Vegas he trains his striking under Nick Blomgreen at One Kick Nick’s Gym. His brother is UFC fighter Anthony Njokuani. This fight is expected to be the toughest test of Njokuani’s Muay Thai career as Marcus is considered by many to be the best light heavyweight fighter in the world .
