in March, while Malaipet was looking to earn his third consecutive
victory after a dismal 1-4 stretch in 2010 and 2011. The fight played

In the night’s co-main event Alex Berrios stepped up a weight class to take on Warren Thompson.
The always technical Berrios was able to out point Thompson en route to
a unanimous decision victory. The win for Berrios is his second of 2012
and is 2-0 on the year, with his pervious win coming over Travis Lerchen by (T)KO this past January under the Friday Night Fights Muay Thai banner.
